An 18 strong structural consultancy are seeking an experienced, ambitious Civil engineer to join their growing practice. You will be joining a similarly ambitious organisation so the potential for professional growth is very real. As a practice they work on UK based building structures projects ranging from \xc2\xa312m to \xc2\xa3180m and are a multi award winning practice. They are seeking a Civil Engineer to join them with the opportunity to establish their Civil Engineering team with an intention for the role to progress to Director level appointment over the coming years.

The role will require the incoming Civil engineer to take charge of the Civil engineering works within the practice (FRA\'s, drainage design, infrastructure design etc) and look to develop the team to deliver and expand this capability within the practice.

All the workload is related to building structures developments and will include from the pre-planning stages (Drainage strategy, FRA\'s etc) through to detailed design and implementation.

They are open to the level of the incoming engineer from a senior engineer who is hands on and wishing to take a step up through to an existing associate or director who has their own network of people to develop the team with create work with. Chartership is desirable but is not essential. Their open minded approach to the specifications of the role speaks volumes for their ability and ethos as a business to adapt and support their staff.
