MTH Contracts Limited are a Tier 2 Civils Supplier to M Group and Telent covering civils works within Essex and Outer London.

This Position is for a Telecoms Site Supervisor to support our Civils teams on Openreach telecoms projects across Essex and Outer London.

Role Description

Lead and coordinate field teams and subcontractors. Coordinating daily operations ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of work completed. Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing technical support to the team. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, NRSWA, and CDM regulations. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience in telecoms installation and streetworks. Strong knowledge of streetworks, reinstatement, and full NRSWA supervisor ticket. Proven experience in telecoms operations or project management, ideally Openreach Civils. Excellent leadership, organisational, and customer /client communication skills. Team Player. Ability to work independently, Problem-solving mindset and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements. Full UK driving licence.
