Join a leading civil engineering contractor on a high-profile highways project. We are looking for a

Civils & Groundworks Site Supervisor

to lead and manage a team of operatives on all aspects of groundwork and civils activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead operatives on site. Co-ordinate tasks including drainage, kerbing, ducting, concrete and tarmac works. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and enforce health & safety protocols. Liaise with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor progress and report to the contracts manager. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Requirements:

Valid

SSSTS or SMSTS

certification

CSCS Black/Gold card

(Foreman/Supervisor level) Streetworks Full UK Driving Licence Proven experience as a working foreman on civils/groundworks projects Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of site health & safety procedure
Desirable Skills:

Experience on infrastructure, highways, or large-scale civils projects Confident reading site drawings and setting out works Ability to manage materials and resources efficiently
