We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support our civil engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating teams, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate teams and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Create and maintain Risk assessments and method statements and other project documentation.
Provide administrative support to the project team and site teams.
Raise and manage Purchase orders and assist with overall purchasing of materials.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, documentation, and correspondence.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to support project delivery.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Keep up to date with the engineer schedules making sure each project is resourced.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience creating RAMS and method statements.
Familiarity with procurement processes and raising purchase orders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
