Job Summary
We are a small structural engineering consultancy looking for a
Structural Engineer
to join us on apart-time basis
, with the possibility of moving tofull-time
in the future.The role involves supporting building projects through site visits, structural design, calculations, and drawings. This position suits an engineer who can work independently and manage their own workload.
Flexible hours and remote or hybrid working can be considered.
Responsibilities
Prepare structural calculations and designs for building projects Produce and review structural drawings using AutoCAD Coordinate with architects and other consultants Carry out site visits when required
Requirements
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Comfortable working independently Good communication skills
Hours & Pay
Part-time to start (approximately 16-20 hours per week) Potential to increase hours and move to full-time Salary is
pro-rata
, based on experienceJob Type: Part-time
Pay: 30,000.00-55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
