Cladding Estimator
Job Description

As a Cladding Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in the pre-construction process, providing accurate and competitive costings that drive project success. You'll work closely with commercial and project teams, using your expertise in cladding systems and materials to bring architectural visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for cladding packages based on drawings, specifications, and site visits
- Analyse tender documents and identify project risks and opportunities
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Produce bills of quantities and tender submissions
- Collaborate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients throughout the bidding process
- Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
- Proven experience in cladding estimating
- Strong understanding of rainscreen cladding, facade systems, and associated construction methods
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
