There is a main line station nearby and on-site car parking.
Working hours are Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 17:30 & Fri 08:30 - 16:30.

Duties
Support the Technical & Claims Analyst
Communicating with claimants to gather additional information or clarify details.
Provide status updates to clients or policyholders on the progress of their claims.
Responding to inquiries from clients, attorneys, or other involved parties.
Coordinating with insurers, legal teams, and customers to settle claims as required.
Addressing customer concerns, questions, and complaints related to their claims.
Offering guidance on the claims process and ensuring that all parties are informed.
Generating reports on claims data, outstanding repairs and uninsured loses

Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Desirable experience
Knowledge of cars and commercial vehicles

Motor industry experience

Validating repair estimates

Pay: 26,487.25-28,377.85 per year
