About Us
RSS Drying Solutions Ltd is a newly established and ambitious specialist drying and restoration business operating within the UK insurance claims sector. We work alongside insurers, loss adjusters, and reinstatement contractors to deliver technically robust drying, leak detection, and restoration solutions following escape of water, flood, and major loss events.
As a new and growing business, we are building a high-performing team from the ground up and are seeking individuals who want to play a key role in shaping processes, standards, and service delivery from an early stage.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Claims Administrator with strong working knowledge of the drying and restoration sector. This is a pivotal role supporting the end-to-end administration of insurance claims, ensuring technical documentation, compliance, and communication with stakeholders is handled accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Administer insurance claims relating to drying, water mitigation, and restoration works
Prepare, collate, and submit technical reports, drying logs, moisture mapping, and completion documentation
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and network partners
Manage claim portals and CRM systems
Track authorisations, variations, invoices, and supporting evidence
Ensure compliance with industry standards and SLAs
Maintain accurate, audit-ready digital claim files
Essential Experience & Skills
Experience in claims administration within drying/restoration
Understanding of insurance claims processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Confident with Microsoft Office and claim portals
Desirable
Experience with insurers or loss adjusters
Knowledge of PAS 64 / IICRC principles
Major or complex loss exposure
