Description





The team is responsible for handling liability claims on behalf of various clients. Your role will be to provide administrative support to the wider claims handling team and to ensure that a quality service is provided to the clients.

Key Responsibilities





To manage a general inbox To upload incoming correspondence to the digital claims handling system To record all new claims on the digital claims handling system To update the digital claims handling system and carry out periodic data cleanses To draft standard letters and e-mails To ensure compliance with all legal timescales and client SLAs To build relationships with external clients and stakeholders
