Customer Service Advisor.
We're growing rapidly and are looking for talented, empathetic individuals to be the first point of contact when things go wrong in our customers' homes - from boiler breakdowns to burst pipes and everything in between.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering inbound calls and handling new emergency claims with urgency and care
Logging accurate details of the incident using internal systems
Verifying policy coverage and providing clear updates to customers
Coordinating callouts with our nationwide network of engineers and contractors
Managing customer expectations with empathy and professionalism
Escalating high-risk or vulnerable cases where appropriate
Delivering excellent customer service, every time
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in claims handling, insurance, or customer service
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to stay calm and supportive under pressure
Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with computer systems and multi-tasking
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
