Job summary:
To manage the administration of claims through effectively managing inboxes, emails from customers and third parties ensuring these are updated on our systems and allocated to the appropriate individuals to manage.
What you'll do:
Answering inbound calls from both Policy Holders and Repairers
Providing claim updates to both the Policy Holder and Repairers as required
Guiding the customer through the initial stages of the claim journey
Accurately recording details of faults with their vehicles using our in-house systems
Checking and adhering to the terms and conditions of the customer's policies
Providing good customer service
Ensure systems are updated with relevant case numbers
Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
Understanding our various customers' requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt with
Maintain company service levels and deliver on set KPI's
Provide professional and friendly service
Service in accordance with industry and company guidelines
Handle any complaints associated with a claim as per the complaints process
Other reasonable duties as required.

Essential:
Basic knowledge of PC skills
Preferred:
A background in insurance product administration and claim resolution
