The pay is 500-1500/week OTE

Hours are

Monday to Friday 12:00pm until 7:30pm

What the job entails

is speaking with tenants of housing associations and councils face to face at their home to identify whether there is significant disrepair within the property such as damp, mould or leaks which their landlord has been neglecting to repair and determining liability. The job of the claim advisor is to advise the potential clients about the claim process and arrange an appointment for a surveyor to assess the severity of disrepair.

For the more ambitious individuals, we provide

managerial training

for career progression (no previous managerial experience is needed to start the manager's training).
