Lifetime Legal is seeking proactive Claims Advisor within the Mover Protection team. The role involves opening and reviewing claims, whilst ensuring our clients remains an active members of our Membership services. You will be liaising with a number of third parties to gather data and clarify information.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound telephone calls from clients politely and efficiently in accordance with the training provided. Answering general mover protection enquires Processing claims for failed property transactions Explaining to the client that all calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes Delivering excellent customer service consistently Participating actively in team meetings and team building events as and when required Proactively looking for ways to improve the service delivered to our partners and keep up to date with development within the industry Follow guidelines and comply with industry standards

Key Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrate impeccable time management, be organised and conscientious Collaborate as part of the wider team
