Position - Non-Fault Claims Handler

Location - Countrywide Vehicle Rentals - Glasgow

Salary - 25k starting (higher salary negotiable based on experience)

Contract - Full time - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end non-fault insurance claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Manage credit repair and credit hire processes, coordinating with insurers, repairers and clients. Liaise with all parties involved to ensure swift and accurate claims resolution. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
Requirements:

Proven experience in non-fault claims handling, specifically within the insurance sector. In-depth knowledge of credit repair and credit hire processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
