We are seeking an enthusiastic Claims Processor to join our small but growing office team. This role involves working within our Claims Department, to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation.
Analyse case-by-case data to respond to recipients in line with company standards.
Liaise with clients and relevant parties to gather and confirm necessary information.
Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone.
Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring full compliance with GDPR.
Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
