Job Description

A Class 1 driver is required to join our friendly team, full time work comprising of driving and working on the Nursery. During the Winter months there will be more driving and during the summer months the role will be more Nursery based.

Benefits;

Starting rate will be 16.25 per hour with a pay review after 3 months.

Annual pay review in September.

Overtime is 1.5x basic rate, paid after 8 hours per day

OTE circa 45k

Bonuses 2x per year

31 days holiday including bank holiday - an extra day is earnt every 5 years.

Holidays are paid at average weekly earnings rate (Rolled up)

Job role;

Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays

Early starts required when driving.

We deliver throughout the UK, with occasional nights out

Deliveries are mostly palletized

40 hours per week.

Four Crosses nursery has been established over 30 years, we are one of the leading growers of container plants in the UK.

You will be the face of Four Crosses Nursery and as such will be required to be friendly and helpful to our customers.

The Nursery work will involve working outdoors helping with packing orders, plant maintenance and loading the trucks.
