Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Class 1 Multidrop driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to various locations. We operate with XPO, Pallet Track and Hazchem Networks.
ADR would be great! but were happy to train if your happy to learn
Duties
Safely operate lorries for the transportation of goods to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driving license with appropriate endorsements for the vehicle type. Proven experience as a class 1 multi drop delivery driver. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a warehouse environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all tasks.
