Job Description

Class 2 Skip Driver - Wolverhampton - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and safety-conscious Class 2 Skip Driver to join a well-established waste management company based in Wolverhampton.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering weekly pay and long-term job security for the right candidate. Ideal for Class 2 Drivers who are confident working independently, have good local knowledge, and take pride in their work.

Pay Rate:



15.00 per hour (weekly pay)

- Class 2 Skip Driver:



Operate a Class 2 skip vehicle for deliveries, collections, and exchanges Complete between 3 to 15 drops per day depending on route distance (average is 7) Work within a 30-mile radius of Wolverhampton Carry out daily vehicle checks and follow transport safety protocols Maintain a professional attitude with customers and on site Use common sense and initiative to solve day-to-day challenges

Requirements - Class 2 Skip Driver:



Valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence CPC and Digital Tacho Card Previous skip driving experience preferred but not essential Good geographical knowledge of Wolverhampton and surrounding areas Must be reliable, safety-aware, and capable of working with minimal supervision Able to use basic apps or paperwork systems to track jobs

Working Hours - Class 2 Skip Driver:



Monday to Friday Start times typically between 06:00 - 07:00 8-12 hour shifts depending on route Occasional Saturday work available if desired
