The Role
We're seeking a confident, well-presented, and professional individual to become the welcoming face of Retro Classic Car Garages. This is a dual position that combines front-of-house client relations with personal assistant support for senior management.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in representing a respected name in British automotive restoration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and diary scheduling for senior management.
Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and project updates.
Support hospitality, marketing, and event activities as required.
Maintain showroom and reception presentation standards.
Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and correspondence.

Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, workshop-based environment.
Supportive team player, adaptable to varied tasks and priorities.
Genuine interest in classic, retro, or performance cars is an advantage.
Previous experience in administration, PA, or client-facing roles preferred.
