Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. At 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities remain welcoming and safe for all occupants.

You would need your own vehicle for transport and to store the cleaning material and tools we provide.

Responsibilities

To uphold the cleanliness of our portfolio of rental houses. Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Dispose of waste materials appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency. Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines to protect both yourself and the environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
