Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as clean windows and other surfaces as required. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Provide excellent customer service by being polite and responsive to client needs. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Capability to drive may be required for positions that involve travelling between sites. A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
