Role Overview:
As our Hotel Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. You will be responsible for daily room turnovers, on-site laundry, and cleaning of all public areas to ensure a pleasant environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including changing bed linens, towels dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
Manage on-site laundry including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as the reception, hallways, lounge, and dining areas.
Replenish room supplies and report any maintenance issues or damages.
Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel cleaning protocols.
Work efficiently to meet daily room turnover targets.
Communicate effectively with hotel management and other staff members.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
