WE ARE SEEKING A DILIGENT & RELIABLE CLEANER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT CENTURY 21 SERVICES LTD

FULL TIME CLEANER REQUIRED ON CONSTRUCTION SITES, CLEANING NEW BUILD HOMES FOR COMPANY BASED IN CHELMSFORD

CSCS CARD AND EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING AN ADVANTAGE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL. FULL ONISTE TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN INCLUDING EXTERNAL TRAINING COURSES LEADING TO OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE COMPANY.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK IN A TEAM AND LIVE WITHIN THE CHELMSFORD AREA DUE TO GROUP TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.

ALL STAFF ARE EMPLOYED ON PAYE WITH 28 DAYS HOLIDAY INCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of work. Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing all cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
