We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt and debris. Handle laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Assist with cooking tasks when necessary, ensuring meals are prepared to a high standard. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Experience

Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Experience in hotel cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests. Cooking skills are a plus, contributing to meal preparation when required.
