Cleaning Facilities Manager
Job Description
Working at a prestigious clients building you will be the point of contact for our Customer, Contractors and our Facilities team.
Manage Health and Safety to highest levels across the site.
Management of the cleaning team focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and behaviour in the workplace.
Management of Compliance, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH.
Manage work schedules to ensure all tasks are covered on site on a daily basis.
Performance management of the team to include reporting and monitoring performance.
Carry out detailed audits to ensure compliance to Andron and clients standards are meet.
Management of and ordering all consumables and cleaning materials.
Undertake regular client meetings.
Ensure strong client relationships are developed and maintained.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 34,000.00 per year
