Role Purpose
The Operational Delivery Manager will work alongside the Station Manager to lead the cabin cleaning service line, ensuring exceptional standards of cabin presentation for airline clients. This position involves hands-on leadership in a 24/7 operation, focusing on team performance, service quality, and staff development through structured succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support operational teams to deliver outstanding cabin presentation on every flight.
Assist the Station Manager with daily operational planning, control, and execution.
Manage training and development programs to ensure compliance and strengthen future talent pipelines.
Drive succession planning by identifying and preparing high-potential employees for leadership opportunities.
Represent the operation in customer meetings, maintaining consistent delivery against airline expectations.
Continuously refine processes to meet and surpass airline requirements.
Provide strong, visible leadership across both day and night shifts within a 24/7 environment.
Monitor performance, implement improvements, and ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery.
???????Requirements
Background in aviation and/or cleaning operations (experience in cabin cleaning preferred).
Proven leadership ability with strong skills in coaching, motivating, and developing teams.
Experience in training delivery and succession planning.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Flexibility to work across days and nights in a demanding 24/7 environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
