About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused

Cleaning Operative

to join our team in a busy hospitality setting in Belfast city centre.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across bathrooms, public areas, floors, and high-touch surfaces, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise bathrooms and toilets Hoover and mop floors throughout the premises Wipe down touchpoints such as door handles, switches, and counters Maintain cleanliness in public areas Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety guidelines

Requirements

Previous hospitality or commercial cleaning experience (essential) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards
