Summary

We are seeking a Lead Cleaner to join our dedicated team at Adventure Travel.in Cardiff In this role, you will be responsible during the evening and night for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that we uphold our reputation for quality and safety. This position is vital to providing our customers with a pleasant travel experience.

This is an outdoor position.

Responsibilities

Lead the cleaning team to ensure all vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues. Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency. Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during cleaning processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities management role preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules effectively.
