We're expanding! After over 36 years of success, Dusters is launching a brand-new branch in Chelmsford -- and we're looking for a motivated, reliable Cleaning Supervisor to help lead the way.

This is more than just a cleaning job -- it's your chance to grow into a leadership role, manage your own team, and drive one of our company vehicles once your training is complete. You'll start with a few months of hands-on training alongside our experienced team in Brentwood, then take the lead as we build Dusters of Chelmsford together.

What You'll Be Doing

Cleaning and sanitizing domestic homes to a high standard Leading by example and supporting your cleaning team Managing daily schedules and ensuring top-quality service Communicating with clients and supervisors Following established cleaning and safety procedures
What We're Looking For

Someone who's motivated, reliable, and takes pride in their work Strong attention to detail and great time management Previous professional cleaning experience (essential) A full UK driving licence Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus -- but not essential!
