We're looking for a

Cleaning Supervisor

to join our

Waltham Forest Schools

team based in

Heathcote Secondary School

.


Location:

Heathcote Secondary School, Waltham Forest - on-site role

Hours:

25 hours per week - 6:00 am to 8:30 am and 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.




What will you be responsible for?





As a

Cleaning Supervisor

, you'll be working within the

Waltham Forest Schools

team, supporting them in maintaining a safe, hygienic and welcoming school environment for students, staff and visitors.



Your day to day will include:


Leading, supervising and motivating a team of cleaners to deliver high cleaning standards Producing daily and periodic cleaning schedules, ensuring work meets specifications and KPIs Carrying out stock checks, ordering consumables and maintaining accurate records Monitoring work quality, conducting performance checks and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements Completing weekly timesheets and supporting with absence management and training

You have proven cleaning experience, ideally within a school or educational setting You bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills You understand COSHH, safeguarding requirements and health & safety legislation You are self-motivated, reliable, able to mentor others and committed to delivering high standards You work well under pressure and can manage a variety of tasks with attention to detail
