Cleaning Supervisor/ Driver

The Role

We're looking for a dedicated and flexible Cleaner / Supervisor to join our team. This role involves hands-on cleaning, overseeing cleaning jobs, managing materials and supplies, and maintaining clear communication with company directors. You'll be provided with a company van, training, and uniform. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you must be confident driving a small to medium-sized van.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across various commercial sites

Supervise and manage cleaning teams or individual jobs

Report job progress and site updates directly to company directors

Collect and deliver materials and equipment between locations

Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies

Keep the company van clean and roadworthy

Represent DGB in a professional manner at all times

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Confident driving a small to medium-sized van

Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred (training provided)

Reliable, trustworthy, and well-organised

Good communication skills

Flexible with working hours - early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required
