We Clean Offices is looking for a dedicated

Cleaning Supervisor

to lead a small team at one of our key client sites. You'll oversee evening cleaning operations, support your team, and make sure high standards are achieved every shift.

This is a

hands-on leadership role

- ideal for an experienced cleaner or supervisor who enjoys motivating others and takes pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support your evening cleaning team, ensuring standards are consistently met. Cover occasional absences and coordinate with the operations team. Act as the on-site point of contact for the client, handling feedback professionally. Resolve day-to-day issues quickly and efficiently. Manage stock and maintain cleaning equipment.
