Full-time, Permanent (Core hours 9:00am-5:00pm, flexibility required for early morning and evening work)
Guaranteed Hours- 37.5 per week + Optional Overtime
ServiceMaster is looking for a reliable and proactive Supervisor to support our cleaning operations across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. This is a varied role that involves cleaning cover, stock delivery, site inspections, and training new team members.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Cover:
Provide cleaning support at various client sites to cover holidays, sickness, and vacancies.Stock Delivery:
Deliver cleaning stock and supplies to sites as required.Site Inspections:
Conduct checks to ensure cleaning standards are maintained and report any issues.Training:
Support the induction and training of new cleaners to ensure they meet company standards and understand site requirements.Manage
issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor.About You
You are
dependable, flexible, and take pride in your work
. You haveprevious cleaning experience
and understand the importance of maintaining high standards. You hold afull UK driving licence
and are comfortable travelling between sites. You'rewilling to work flexible hours
, including early mornings and evenings if required. You areorganised
and can manage your own schedule with help from your manager. You areconfident
and can interact with customers
