Aramark UK is looking for a

Cleaning Supervisor

to join our dedicated team. This is your chance to combine leadership with hands-on work, ensuring our site stays spotless and our team stays motivated.

What you'll do:

Supervise and inspire your cleaning team to deliver exceptional results every day. Manage PPE, cleaning materials, and ensure health & safety compliance. Conduct team meetings, identify training needs, and support development. Assist with payroll preparation and arrange cover for holidays and sickness. Complete daily audits and prepare monthly KPI reports. Perform general cleaning duties to the highest standards - sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and rubbish disposal. Ensure equipment is safe, stored correctly, and report any issues promptly.

What we're looking for:

Previous cleaning and supervisory experience. Full UK driving licence. Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
