Flawless Cleaning Norfolk Ltd is a local business. We pride ourselves on our relationship with our clients and staff. Our senior team work alongside each other and the directors, forming the management team for Flawless Cleaning Norfolk. The starting hourly pay rate will be from \xc2\xa313 an hour based on knowledge, performance, and experience. Being a driver with your own vehicle is essential. We are looking for someone from 16-28 hours a week and you must be available for some weekend/evening cover. The cleaning supervisor leads, assists and works alongside a team of cleaners in their cleaning tasks, managing, training and supervising a team of staff. They will also be required to train to qualify as a carpet cleaning technician and team lead deep cleans. Supervisors will train new staff on work procedures and on operation of cleaning equipment. They will ensure all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use. They will monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and place orders when stock is low. Supervisors will be required to attend relevant conferences and exhibitions and undertake training courses such as: First Aid Training, advanced H&S training, advanced cleaning methods training, Microsoft training (emails/excel/word), train the trainer, probationary and review training, customer service training and safeguarding training. The list below is not exhaustive but cover the main points of the role:

  • Check cleaning equipment condition.
  • Check work done by cleaning team.
  • Undertake commercial cleaning.
  • Training and certifying in carpet cleaning techniques.
  • Communicate and relate effectively at the workplace.
  • Demonstrate understanding of cleaning methods and processes.
  • Implement work plans and draw up job specifications for allocated premises.
  • Ordering stock when levels of cleaning materials is low.
  • Instruct and delegate tasks to team.
  • Oversee and carry out day-to-day cleaning operations.
  • Provide appropriate guidance and training for cleaning staff.
  • Resolve problems and make decisions at operational level.
  • Train new cleaners on work procedures and operation of equipment.
  • Understand and implement the key signing in and out system.
  • Allocating cleaning cloths, keys, and equipment for weekly cleans
  • Managing a small team of staff, being their first point of contact.
  • Maintaining databases such as SmartTask and Quickbooks.
  • You will also have to have an eye for detail.
The days of work are Monday- Friday and will include some weekends and bank holiday working. Our work environment includes:
