We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join Andron FM working for one of our prestigious clients in Dundee. Your role will manage all cleaning services delivered at site. You will work closely with the site team to ensure an excellent service is delivered.
This will involve liaising closely with the customer to ensure that the cleaning services are meeting their requirements and constantly looking for ways to improve the service.

6-hour shifts - (Monday-Sunday 5 over 7, flexible to suit the needs of the operation)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the cleaning team, focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on site.
Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
Supervising work schedules to ensure all tasks are covered daily
Ordering of all consumables and cleaning materials
Confident in dealing with client interactions
Ensure highest levels of Health and Safety are achieved across sites
Ensure strong client relationships are developed and maintain
Manage budgets
Person Specification:
Cleaning industry (essential)
Can work in a busy retail environment (Shopping Centre)
Can prioritize tasks at hand
Knowledge of COSHH regulations
Great work ethic
Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (You will be required to use a radio)
Previous experience in supervising a team
Excellent relationship builder with clients
The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
Health & Safety focus and experience
Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Compensation & Benefits:
21 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays per annum, on a pro rata basis
