Cleaning Supervisor (part Time)

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at a medical surgery in Menai Bridge. The successful candidate will ensure that all areas of the surgery are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene, in accordance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support evening cleaning staff to ensure high-quality cleaning across the facility. Conduct routine inspections of treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures, including appropriate use of cleaning products and PPE. Maintain and update cleaning schedules and checklists. Provide training and guidance to new staff on cleaning procedures, health & safety, and regulatory standards. Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies as needed. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Practice Manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting. Good understanding of infection control practices, COSHH, and NHS cleaning standards. Strong attention to detail with leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and supervise a small team. Availability to work regular evening shifts.

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
