We're Hiring: Supervisor - Join Supacleen - a respected and growing company with over 40 years of excellence in commercial cleaning across South Wales.
We're looking for adedicated and flexible detail orientated Supervisor
- ideal for someone reliable, professional, and ready to make a difference every day.What You'll Do:
Coordinate and monitor daily operations 35 hours a week - Monday-Friday - hours to be agreed but flexibility is essential due to the needs of the business Manage and record incoming stock deliveries Pick and prepare stock orders, process delivery notes and make deliveries to sites. Manage staff rotas and job scheduling Conduct site audits and carry out supervisions. Handle client queries both in person and over the phone/email. Oversee staff training, inductions and general compliance .
What We're Looking For:
Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented individual Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential) Basic English to communicate with the team and clients Flexibility with working hours Team player with a positive attitude
Driving License essential
