You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.We are currently looking to recruit an excellent and experienced hands-on Working Cleaning Manager to join a key client of ours in our corporate services segment based on a brand-new site. The focus will be to manage the on-site contract and services to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved.Experience as a Cleaning Manager is a must for this fantastic opportunity. It would suit someone happy to adopt a hands-on approach and managing a small team. You will be highly organised and experienced at liaising with multiple stakeholders; your focus on service delivery will be crucial.This role would ideally suit someone with a strong cleaning management background and excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key. You will be self-motivated and keen to progress within a highly supportive team.This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the cleaning is delivered in line with the client contract Ensure that budgeted costs are adhered toCommunicate effectively with clients and cleaning team, and hold regular team meetings Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies Proactively seek to drive operational efficiencies and introduce innovation Attend team / client meetings, as required Manage the ordering and distribution, and effective stock control of all cleaning materials and consumables Manage sub-contractor frequencies and visits Undertake cleaning audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance Nurture client relationships in order to develop them for a long-term partnership Vending services top up as requiredFor a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job descriptionThe Ideal CandidateWhat you bring:IT Skills Cleaning experience and knowledge Commitment to service excellence Good communication skills Able to manage people Good literacy and numeracy skills Client customer communication skills, with the ability to develop long term relationships Sound knowledge of health and safetyFlexibility
