Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across our designated sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead a small team to maintain high standards throughout all areas.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard. Carry out regular inspections of allocated areas and report any issues or maintenance needs. Perform cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleaning and specialist tasks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and request supplies when necessary. Communicate effectively with management and clients.

Requirements

Valid driving licence (essential)

- ability to travel between sites.

Proven track record in professional cleaning

. Supervisory or team leader experience (desired but not essential). Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good understanding of health & safety and COSHH regulations. Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
