Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Team Leader

to oversee our cleaning team on a busy builders clean project in Liverpool.

Requirements:

CSCS Card

- essential Proven

cleaning experience

in a construction/builders clean environment Previous

team leader/supervisory experience

in a similar role Confident using

Microsoft Word

for basic reporting and documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure Comfortable reporting progress and snags to management
You'll be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, ensuring all apartments and communal areas are cleaned to builders and sparkle standard, managing team performance, and coordinating with site supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 02/06/2025
