Our Team Leaders support the current team with our busy contracts. The role is to complete various cleaning to the requirements that our client's expect and supervise yourself or others to complete the tasks. We clean anything from really large new warehouses that need cleaning before the client moves in, to end of tenancy cleans, to window cleaning for companies, to cleaning offices daily.

Ideally, we would like that you have worked in a commercial cleaning environment and can work full time hours across all parts of the day. Sometimes we have emergency cover in evenings and at weekends. We run a on-call system for Team Leaders and drivers, where there is a planned schedule of weekend working, with each person covering one weekend in eight. The payment for this cover is 50 for the weekend for being on call and then you get paid for any extra hours that are picked up.

To begin with you will need a keen learning behaviour. A clean full UK driving license and a 'Can do attitude'. Everything else can be trained. We are a cheerful group of people that thrive on motivation and we are enthusiastic about our work.

We require that you have -

A full clean UK driving license for more than 2 years

A passion for cleaning

A can do attitude

And have a fully flexible approach to working

The working week -

Most weeks the shifts are Monday to Friday, between 6am - 3pm. With some evenings and weekend working

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Drive to various locations as needed, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to foster a collaborative environment. Train and mentor team members in cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
