Responsibilities

Must have previous supervisory experience and be able to demonstrate leadership competencies. Must be an excellent communicator and plan work effectively

Please note, this is a hands on role, you will be expected to work alongside the team in cleaning and to support with cover for any absences,

Monday and Thursday between 9am and 1pm

He/She

supervises cleaners to carry out their work

. He/She inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners. He/She manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences. He/She ensures all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use.

Clean and sanitize

designated areas, including but not limited to restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Adhering to safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals properly
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Following established cleaning schedules and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
