Job Description

To oversee Contractors works on site and undertake the duties of Clerk of Works;
To carry out a variety of property inspections and the estates in which they are located, including pre & post works inspections, condition surveys etc. and manage as necessary works to bring the property or estate to acceptable.

To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
\xc2\xb7Member of the institute of Clerk of Works or other relevant professional membership
\xc2\xb7UK Resident
\xc2\xb7Experience of working on construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
\xc2\xb7Experience of working in occupied properties Experience of working in partnership with a team of professional staff
\xc2\xb7Thorough knowledge of building regulations, relevant British Standards and Health and Safety regulations
