Job Description


Our client is an Industry leading Print and Communications company with a Global reach and an impressive portfolio of clients from leading car brands to the Public Sector. Due to unprecedented growth we are looking to recruit an Account Director to be within the North West, on a full time permanent basis. This is a pivotal position, as the Account Director will be accountable for one of their largest Public sector contracts. Working with and managing a team of 4 people on a daily basis. What you will be doing:

  • Managing all aspects of client engagement across multiple different departments/clients and key stakeholders
  • Responsible for the delivery of all projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to advise and guide client/internal staff
  • Ensuring best practice for all service deliverables
  • Delivering ongoing innovation/cost savings initiatives
  • Ensure all administrative duties and tasks are carried out by the team to ensure no delays processing work
  • Providing regular MI for client and management to ensure targets are being met
  • Presenting at monthly account reviews
  • Ensuring achievement of all agreed SLA and KPI targets
  • Leading other client meetings
  • Development of the Client Account Plan
What do we need from you:
  • Sound technical print knowledge essential and from a commercial print market background
  • Experience as a Client / Account Director and able to build strong relationships with a demanding client
  • Knowledge of official publishing advantageous but not vital
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience of managing a team of support manages and ensuring delivery of business and account objectives
  • Working closely with our Internal agency to maximize any creative opportunities
  • Explore any opportunities to help clients with any additional service lines they may
