Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client needs and goals are met Proactively pursue new business opportunities and clients Monitor client performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Manage client portfolios and liaise with brokers to issue quotations Occasional UK Travel to attend client meetings and events
