Desirable:

Qualification in maths and English, business studies, and/or energy carbon accounting. Previous experience delivering reports and presenting to senior stakeholders Ability to act with impartial judgement, discretion, and professionalism

It's particularly well-suited for candidates who are eager to build their knowledge and, over time, transition into a more technical or consultancy-focused role.

You might be:

Early in your career and passionate about energy, carbon reduction, and sustainability, looking for a role that offers hands-on experience and real growth opportunities. Someone with experience in the financial or commercial side of utilities -- perhaps from a broker or procurement background -- ready to shift into a client-facing role with more focus on energy strategy and carbon management. A great communicator with strong organisational skills, capable of managing client relationships while learning the technical aspects of energy and sustainability. Keen to develop new skills in a collaborative, growing consultancy where your initiative and enthusiasm will be supported and rewarded.
