We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Simply Thank You Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and leadership qualities to foster long-term partnerships with our clients.
This is a key role within Simply Thank You, with the importance of being able to work alongside our current client service team to manage and increase our accounts by engaging with key stakeholders and seeking new relationships within each business.
Experience in sales and business development is crucial; we need you to be a self-starter and hit the ground running when it comes to building relationships.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and products that meet client expectations.
Using our internal CRM systems to log client queries and communications.
Lead negotiations and close sales deals while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Be involved with the active promotion of the company through social media presence.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong customer-centric mindset.

Previous experience of working within the Gift Card or Employee Benefits Industry.
