What We're Looking For
The main responsibility for the successful candidate is to deliver excellent client experience across a number of client accounts. This role will report to the Head of Client Management.
This is a client facing role and the successful candidate will need to ensure that all queries are dealt with as a priority, to ensure first-class client service delivery and a smooth-running experience for the client. A variety of systems will be interacted with such as CRM, our internal management system, HR system and Microsoft Office 365.
Key Responsibilities Include
Responsibilities:
Proactive client support and account management.
Hosting and attending client meetings, including the production of meeting agendas and notes/actions.
Project support for existing clients.
Regular client reporting.
Supporting the wider Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
Enhance upon and deliver demonstrations/presentations.
Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
Understanding new client requirements, assessing the impact on the generic product and analysing the development requirements.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
Strong I.T. skills including use of Office products, and web-based systems
Excellent people skills and an ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication
Great attention to detail
Highly organised, ability to manage deadlines and projects
Ability to deliver results in a fast pace and pressured environment
