Client Acquisition Manager

to join our Business Development team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:



We require a

Client Acquisition Manager

who can take full ownership of driving growth into the

healthcare and higher education sectors

. This role is key to our day-to-day operations and long-term strategy, and you'll be working closely with the wider team to pursue opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and support the long-term growth of the business. Experience in the fire safety industry is desirable. However, if you don't have this background, you'll need to be eager to learn quickly and immerse yourself into understanding the industry, with the support of our team. A strong grasp of our services and sector is essential to succeed in this role.

This is a targeted role, aligned with our broader business objectives and targets. We are looking for someone who can build trust and long-term partnerships, hit the ground running, have tenacity towards challenges and the confidence to network, communicate and handle challenges independently.

Ideally this person will be based in or near Merseyside, however, we can consider flexibility for the ideal candidate if they live further afield, by agreeing office attendance days.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and grow new and existing opportunities within the healthcare and education sectors Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, reliability, and delivery Attend meetings, networking events, and site visits as required Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met from first engagement through to project completion Support the shaping of our business development strategy in line with company growth targets Be an active, credible representative of the company in industry spaces Stay informed on sector developments, regulations, and market trends Achieve or exceed clearly defined targets and timelines

Key Skills & Experience:



Demonstrable experience in a business development/client management role or similar within the healthcare and/or education sectors Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels Proactive, resilient, and motivated by the opportunity to make a visible impact Comfortable working to business-aligned targets in a supportive yet delivery-focused environment Happy to travel as and when required in line with business needs
